ROUTE COVERAGE

Sales and Marketing

We deal through our Italian offices with all freight forwarders and logistic operators. We strongly believe in long-term relationships built on trust, flexibility and deep knowledge of the market. In 2020 we had contacts with more than 600 customers.

Canvassing and negotiation of rates

Thanks to deep roots in Italian market and shipping industry we can perform canvassing activity as well as quick negotiation of rates, based on regular monitoring of the commercial scenarios.

Cargo coordination

Thanks to our expertise we can organize for our principals and our customers extensive range of service, related to cargo coordination such as pre carriage, oncarriage. We can provide qualified assistance to arrange various shipments ranging from standard containers to special equipment, reefers, break bulk, mafi, both general and hazardous cargo, complying with local regulations, terminal cut off, aiming to meet merchant’s and carrier’s expectations.

Complete documentation and Cargo control

Our qualified and local staff can issue all documentation with accuracy and knowledge of shipping terms and conditions. All documents are prepared by our local offices, thanks to a close cooperation with the shipping lines and their agents we can promptly act to solve problems arising with documentation at port of loading or port of discharge, thanks to close contact with both shipping lines and agents in other ports.

Paperwork and management

As part of the traditional liner shipping agents activity we can provide to our principals all services, such as cargo bookings, export and import documentation, invoicing, collection of freights and other charges.

Regular status reports to the Shipping line and Transport management

Thanks to our in-house software, that can be adapted to our principals needs, we can issue all kinds of reports , both financial and operational, in any format requested by the line.

Port supervision

Thanks to our skilled, qualified staff and reliable network made by owned offices, loyal and trustworthy sub-agents, we can provide assistance in any Italian port as well as in Turkey, Slovenia, Croatia. Our principals can rely on our organization to assist their vessels, crew and cargo. We can keep our principals constantly updated of Port conditions, expenses and regulations and assist the vessels in case of bunkering, provisions, vessel survey and repairs.

Container control and Logistic services

Our offices can provide container control activity, thanks to expertise, electronic data interchange with our main stakeholders, as well as transport and logistic for all type of containers and cargo.
